About the Role

As the Business Area Manager for Security & Guarding, you will have overall responsibility for developing, leading, and driving the business area towards continued growth and high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for strategic goals, financial results, and operational delivery. The role involves close dialogue with both customers and internal teams, as well as a strong focus on quality, innovation, and long-term relationships.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the business area in line with the company's strategy and goals
• Be responsible for results, budget, forecasts, and business planning
• Ensure high quality and regulatory compliance in all guarding activities
• Drive sales and develop customer relationships
• Lead and coach the unit's managers and employees
• Monitor market trends and contribute with business improvement proposals
• Ensure effective processes, working methods, and operational delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as an operational manager in private or public sector
• Experience leading larger teams
• Experience implementing quality and management systems

Requirements

• For employment at QSG Bevakning AB, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment at an authorized security company
• Clean criminal record
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good communication and social skills
• Experience in a leadership position within security, guarding, or a related industry
• Documented experience with budget responsibility and business development
• University degree in security, economics, or human resources
• Driving license B
